Reza Behnam -LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Reza is an accomplished business professional with more than 16 years Internet industry experience. He has been involved in the creation of the IAB in Singapore and was instrumental in obtaining a grant from the MDA for the IAB research initiative. Reza has worn many hats, including long stints as a management consultant, a marketing research/science expert, a corporate executive and an institutional investor. He is now an entrepreneur at ADZ, a company he founded in 2008. Immediately prior to ADZ, Reza was a venture partner with IDG Ventures SEA, a venture capital fund focused on the technology, media and telecommunications sectors in South East Asia. Before this, Reza enjoyed six years with Yahoo! - which took him from Silicon Valley to Asia, where he was the managing director for Yahoo! South East Asia from 2004-2007. During this time, Reza was responsible for Yahoo! SEA's end-to-end delivery teams, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, strategy and G&A. Reza is an investor, entrepreneur, adviser, and director in a number of digital media companies across South East Asia and globally. He sits on the board of MOL Global, a holding company which fully owns MOL AccessProtal Berhad and Friendster. He is an adviser to UK-based StrikeAd, the world's first dedicated mobile Demand Side Platform, and he is also a founding partner at Digital Direction - an executive advisory practice in the field of digital strategy and execution. Reza graduated from Boston University with an MA in Economics, after completing two undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Economics. Thinking he'd keep going, Reza dabbled in a PhD in Marketing Science at UC Berkley, but the lure of Silicon Valley was too tempting to ignore. Reza has lived in the UK, US, Greece, India, Iran, and Singapore. Currently, Reza is based in Singapore and is a regular guest speaker at various regional digital media and entrepreneurship events.


David Brown - INDUSTRY HEAD, CREATIVE

As Regional Executive Creative Director, R/GA Singapore, David leads the creative department and general creative vision across the region. Spearheading a team of experience designers, visual designers and copywriters to deliver creative and impactful solutions for clients. 
With more then 15 years of digital and marketing experience across Australasia and Europe, working with brands such as Sony, Heineken, MasterCard, Peugeot, Intel and Unilever. David has worked across a multitude of media disciplines, consumer segments and industry sectors, deftly navigating new ways to reach, engage and truly interact with consumers in the digital age. 
He began his advertising career as Deputy Creative Director of Euro RSCG 4D Sydney. After which he emerged to co-found the highly successful and award winning digital agency Soap Creative in Sydney. David also spent several years in London as creative director of Euro RSGG, before focusing his time in Asia as Executive Creative Director of XM/JWT and Regional Digital Director of Iris Worldwide in Singapore.
He has been recognized by some of industry’s most prestigious competitions, including Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Clios, and One Show Interactive. He has also served on numerous award show juries like Cannes Cyber Lions, Digital Media Awards, and Eurobest.


Wendy Hogan - Chairman, LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Wendy Hogan is VP and Managing Director for CBS Interactive Asia Pacific. CBS Interactive, a division of CBS Corporation, is ranked as a top 10 internet property worldwide. As one of the largest publishers of premium content online, CBSi influences over 20 million readers across Asia every month. Wendy moved from Sydney to Singapore in 2010, assuming responsibility for the operations of CBS Interactive across Southeast Asia, India and Australia. In this position, she champions the APAC growth of CBSi global powerhouse brands such as CNET, ZDNet, TV.com, CBS.com and GameSpot. With over 12 years experience in digital media and general management, Wendy's expertise extends across most areas including social media and digital marketing. She is passionate about content and audience development, talent recognition and leadership, and social business design, embracing engagement opportunities with audiences, staff and clients alike. Wendy is an active member of the digital media industry, participating in various industry associations, and a regular speaker at industry events. In her spare time, Wendy is a devoted mother to her two children and an avid online shopper. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & IT) from Griffith University.


Jason Kuperman - INDUSTRY HEAD, EDUCATION

Vice President of Omnicom Digital, his focus is to help Omnicom companies and their clients better capitalize on the creative potential for marketing innovation through emerging communications technologies.

He currently covers the APIMA region (Asia Pacific, India, Middle East & Africa) as Vice President of Omnicom Digital, a unit charged with leading strategic initiatives across all digital properties at Omnicom.

Jason works with all the divisions of Omnicom in the region to continue advance their digital capabilities and profiles. His responsibilities include recruiting top digital talent, training and general evangelism, capability development, and strategic acquisitions.




Olivier Legrand - Vice-Chairperson, LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Olivier is Senior Director of Marketing Solutions, Asia Pacific and Japan for LinkedIn Corporation. In his present role, Olivier oversees the regional Marketing Solutions team to help accelerate the growth of LinkedIn in Asia Pacific and Japan. Olivier works closely with Hari Krishnan, Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Japan, to build and strengthen relationships with key clients in the region.
Olivier has over 15 years of experience in the online marketing space, and his many roles across a wide variety of industries and countries showcase his expertise in the areas of management, business development, internet strategy and marketing, and social media.Prior to joining Linkedin, Olivier worked at Dow Jones where he led The Wall Street Journal’s digital initiatives and products across the region. He previously served as Director of Marketing in Asia for The Wall Street Journal's Asia franchise driving marketing and advertising initiatives across both print and on-line platforms.
Olivier previously founded and led his own marketing and digital production agency in Hong Kong, and served as Marketing Director for Cortal Consors, a European financial broker.




Fabian Looa - LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Fabian is the co-founder of Innity. He has over 10 years of experience in digital advertising and online marketing. He began his stint with the company as the Sales Director and has helped the company to grow multifold over the years while contributing extensively to the industry from the time of its inception. In his capacity as Managing Director with Innity, Fabian has been responsible for inspiring entrepreneurship and leading the development and execution of the region’s strategic plans to exceed business objectives while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Prior to Innity, he was the Head of the Sales and Projects department for a Danish multinational video conferencing and video streaming consulting firm from 1995 to 2000 where he was instrumental in pioneering the concept of video conferencing. He has more than 7 years of experience handling the e-learning, e-government and telemedicine industries.


Mohan Mahapatra

Mohan Mahapatra's experience of independently running businesses since 1994 in Media, Entertainment, Advertising and Consumer Goods, coupled with exposure to Digital and New Media since 2004, puts him in an unique crossover position.

His experience includes setting up new companies and divisions in the FMCG and Entertainment industries. He has been focusing on Content and Intellectual Property for the Internet and Cellular environments and Media in South and South East Asia in the past few years.

Ken Mandel is an industry veteran in the digital advertising arena, serving most recently as Regional Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketplace for Yahoo! Asia Pacific. He joined Yahoo! in January 2008 as Regional Vice President & Managing Director of SE Asia and was tasked with establishing the Internet giant there. He would eventually open four new markets in less than two years. Before 2008, Ken held regional leadership roles with WPP, where he served as CEO of XM Asia Pacific, CEO of Neo@Ogilvy and Vice President of OgilvyOne Asia Pacific. While at Neo@Ogilvy, Ken grew the digital media network from zero to more than 200 people in just 16 months. He also helped lead OgilvyOne to two consecutive Regional Agency of the Year titles and was the founder of the multi award winning Ogilvy Digital Innovation Lab responsible for break through mobile marketing innovations for American Express, Diageo, and Nokia Mobile Phones. A digital media veteran and frequent industry spokesperson, Ken is a board member of the Mobile Marketing Association Asia Pacific, after previously serving as the founding Vice Chairman. He is also a Board Council Member of Design Singapore under the Ministry of Information, Communications & the Arts (MICA) and was recently appointed Chairman of the Digital Advertising Alliance Singapore (DAA), an initiative of the Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA)


Joe Nguyen - LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Joe Nguyen is the Vice President, South East Asia at comScore, Inc. He is responsible for sales of comScore products and services throughout the Southeast Asia region as well as overseeing India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea. comScore reports on market-specific measurement of Internet usage for over 10 Asia-Pacific countries and are rapidly adding other markets.

Joe has more than 15 years of sales experience in the Asia-Pacific region and is an active thought leader in the industry, regularly speaking at conferences and holding a seat on the Leadership Council of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Singapore and on the Advisory Board of ad:tech Singapore. He is a veteran of the online analytics industry with experience on both the user and vendor sides of panel-based audience measurement and site-side analytics.

Mr. Nguyen holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University. He was born in Vietnam and emigrated to the United States after spending a year in a Malaysian refugee camp.


Loren Shuster - LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

Loren Shuster is the Country Director for Singapore, and oversees the development of Google’s operations in the country and in emerging markets across Southeast Asia. In this role, Loren is responsible for the growth of Google’s business by partnering effectively with leading advertisers in the region in conjunction with key advertising, digital and media agencies. Some of the key focus industries for Google across the region include: Technology, Telecommunications, Travel, Auto, Finance, and Consumer Packaged Goods. Loren has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management. Prior to Google, Loren was Vice-President for Consumer Marketing at SingTel where he led the company’s consumer marketing strategy. He also spent 10 years at Nokia, working in variety of sales and marketing primarily in Asia and Africa. In his last role, Loren was the SVP Marketing Go-to-Market, responsible for leading Nokia’s marketing oeprations across the globe. Additionally, Loren has held senior strategy and marketing roles at MTV and De Beers. Loren holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, in Canada. His interests outside of work include fitness -- with marathons, yoga and meditation receiving top billing -- and collecting traditional masks from cultures around the world.

A Dynamic business leader with particular experience in sales and media. A motivated and strong team player.  Consistent over-achiever with over a decade of APAC experience in every aspect of creating businesses that can scale.
Matt is part of the commercial team that drives the Komli business globally as well as sitting on the SEA Leadership team.  Matt was previously the CEO at Singapore based online network Aktiv Digital before leading a management buy-out and successfully integrating the business in to Komli.
Although in his early 30's he is considered a media "old hand" with over 10 years of APAC experience spanning print, press, outdoor and digital. Matt graduated from the London School of Economics with Joint Honors in 2001, before relocating immediately to China to pursue an interest in the economic growth of the Far East. In China he learnt Mandarin and managed sales teams for a business publishing company before going on to run CBS’s sales teams as Commercial Director. He relocated to Singapore in 2007 as part of the team that launched Aktiv Digital in Singapore.
Matt is a thought leader in the industry and in 2012 he spoke at Ad Tech, IMMAP and the Malaysia Media Conference amongst others. He is a regular contributor to the industry press. Career highlights include the buy-out of Aktiv in 2010 and the launch of Twitter here in Singapore in 2012.

Jason Swanson is Country Manager – Singapore and Indonesia for Exponential Interactive (Exponential), coming to the role with more than twenty years of experience, twelve specializing in the internet space. He worked for leading organizations including Chartwell Technology, Perform Group and Tribal Fusion. In his role at Exponential, Jason manages all four Exponential divisions – Tribal Fusion, Firefly Video, Appsnack and Adotube across sales, account management and campaign delivery across its display, video and mobile portfolio. Jason earned a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria in Canada. He has worked and lived in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore over the past 15 years.

He has worn several hats during his 8 years in SPH, including branding and trade communications for all newspaper titles, head of agency servicing with SPH Mediaworks, before joining IBU 3 years ago. With his extensive cross-media experience and having played the roles of advertiser, agency and media owner at one point or another, Willy brings a holistic perspective towards digital marketing's role in the bigger picture.
