Vernon also heads the Health Promotion Academy and Health Ambassador Network\, HPB&rsquo;s volunteer network.\n            Vernon has practiced brand consulting\, advertising and public relations\, in regional roles\, in the Asia Pacific prior to joining HPB. Before Dell\, Damien was at Ogilvy &amp; Mather Singapore\, first as General Manager of Neo@Ogilvy and then as&nbsp;General Manager of Soho Square. He has also worked at leading companies such as Citibank\, Coca-Cola\, NRMA and McKinsey &amp; Company.\n            \n            \n            \n        \n    \n\n\n    \n        \n            \n            \n            MIGUEL BERNAS\n            Director - Digital Marketing\, Singtel\n            With over 20 years of experience in media &amp; marketing\, Miguel is a specialist in youth marketing and digital media &amp; entertainment across online advertising\, search\, community management\, social channels\, and word-of-mouth marketing. He has managed teams across the Asia Pacific handling some of the world's biggest brands including Nokia\, Yahoo!\, MTV\, CNBC and Virgin\, and also co-founded online games start-up MatchMove Games.&nbsp;\n            \n            In his present role with Singtel\, he leads Digital Marketing efforts across all online channels.\n            \n            &nbsp;\n            \n            \n        \n    \n\n\n    \n        \n            \n            \n            NORMAN TAN\n            Deputy Director - Marketing Activation &amp; Innovation\, STB\n            Norman leads a 20-member go-to-market team at the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) across strategic and channel partnerships\, editorial content\, &nbsp;offline &nbsp;and digital communication touchpoint development. Focused on the&nbsp;development and continuous maintenance of owned and earned communication touchpoints including social media and mobile\, Norman champions a transformative\, consumer centric and data-driven approach to marketing\, as compared to mere destination promotion.\n            \n            Prior to the STB\, Norman held a marketing role in the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB)\, and was also a consultant with the Communications and High Technology business unit at Accenture.\n            \n        \n    \n\n\n    \n        \n            \n            IAB SINGAPORE EXECUTIVE BRAND BREAKFASTS:\n            The&nbsp;IAB Singapore Executive Breakfast Briefings&nbsp;are a series of Industry Forums targeted at senior-level decision makers in the Digital space.
